Bunge Limited Announces Management Transition at Bunge North America

April 09, 2013 - White Plains, New York - Bunge Limited (NYSE: BG), ), a global agribusiness and food company, today announced the appointment of Todd Bastean to the position of CEO, Bunge North America, effective June 1. Bunge Announces New Leadership Appointments

Allard replaces Rodney Perry who has held the position since 2007. Perry is transferring to Bunge’s European office as vice president, food and ingredients for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Wade Ellis replaces Allard as vice president and general manager of Bunge’s milling business in North America.

Bunge Announces CEO Succession

February 07, 2013 - White Plains, New York - Bunge Limited (NYSE: BG) today announced that Alberto Weisser will retire as chief executive officer (CEO) effective June 1, 2013. The board of directors has appointed Soren Schroder, currently CEO of Bunge North America, to succeed Mr. Weisser as CEO of the company, and expects Mr. Schroder to become a director before June 1. The board also appointed Mr. Weisser as executive chairman, serving until December 31, 2013.

Bunge Announces Leadership Changes in Canada

Richard "Rick" A. Watson, who has served as country manager since 2008, will retire effective March 31, 2013. December 31, 2012 - St. Louis, Missouri - GROWMARK, Inc., Bloomington, Ill., today announced it has agreed to purchase Bunge North America's interest in B-G Fertilizer, LLC. B-G Fertilizer, LLC owns and operates the former CF Industries terminal located in Cincinnati, Ohio to serve the needs of retail customers that provide fertilizer to farmers.
